Where Is the Sunshine? (including social media handle @yesyoushine) only collects personal information from those who donate to our organization (name, phone, email, home address, credit card information) through PAYPAL and/or SQUARE. Your information is managed securely through their sites. We also collect personal information through our CONTACT page for those inquiring about an event, guest speaking, presentation, or training through our CONTACT form and/or our email address (contact@whereisthesunshine.com). Access to any personal information is only available to agents of WHERE IS THE SUNSHINE? Any personal information collected during trainings for certification purposes will only be shared with our organization and the certifying organizations (eg. Mental Health First Aid, Nonprofit Hospital Partnership, etc.) 

Your privacy is very important to us. Personal information including email address will never be bought or shared with a THIRD PARTY. However, we may suggest the inclusion of one of our local partners for an event, etc., if their services may fit your needs. We will always ask you first 

This site may employ the use of COOKIES for data purposes through WORDPRESS and/or GOOGLE ANALYTICS. The purpose of this is to improve our website, services, programs and support.

All comments on our site and social media channels are moderated. Hateful, discriminatory or inflammatory remarks or language will not be tolerated and will be immediately deleted. Repeat offenders can be blocked from our site. Social media channels where we are unable to moderate comments will have those comments reported.This site is open to all people of all ages and is a safe place. We reserve the right to delete or block anyone who harasses another individual.
